Being able to pick my own mix of gels, drinks, and bars means I finally got exactly what works for my training schedule. The package arrived quickly and everything was fresh, the recovery bars are already a staple in my gym bag.
The build-your-own box is a genius way to stock up on exactly what I'll actually use, and the bars themselves have a chewy texture that holds up well mid-ride. Recovery feels noticeably quicker after a long session, even if I can't quite put my finger on the science.
The chocolate flapjack is dense enough to feel like real food but doesn't sit heavy in my stomach during a long ride. Recovery after my last interval session felt noticeably better than with the store-bought stuff I used before. Will definitely be ordering the full box again.
