The anchor points printed along the band make it so easy to keep tension even, and the extra length means I'm not constantly stopping to re-loop it around my feet. My workouts definitely feel tighter and more efficient now.

The 175cm length is a game-changer—I can anchor it high on a door and still get full-range pushdowns without fiddling with knots. The printed anchor points make positioning feel almost surgical, and my sessions are easily 15 minutes shorter. Green resistance hits the sweet spot for medium work.

The extra length really shines during full-range presses—I’m getting through sets in half the time without constantly swapping bands. The printed anchor points on the 175cm body are a nice guide, and so far the latex feels tough enough to handle daily pulls.
