That fruit note really comes through on the back end, balancing the richness of the dark chocolate so the cup never feels heavy. I’ve been brewing it in my French press and the flavor stays smooth from first sip to last.

The dark chocolate note dominates the first sip but then the fruit from the Guatemalan beans sneaks in on the finish—really balanced. Ground it for my pour-over this morning and the crema was surprisingly rich for a blend like this.
